Participants must have completed a confirmation form ahead of the photoshoot date and received acknowledgement from an Everybody Health & Leisure member of staff.
Participants ages 16 years and younger must attend with a parent or guardian.
Photoshoot session times are approximate and are subject to change.
Participants in the Soft Play Area photoshoot must be aged 8 years and younger.
Participants in the Spa photoshoot must be aged 18 and older.
Participants in the Gym photoshoot must be aged 11 years and older, with participants aged 11 to 13 years old supervised by a parent/guardian.
Participants in the Group Fitness class photoshoots must be aged 14 and older.
Soft Play and Spa facilities are only available at Congleton Leisure Centre.
All assets generated from the photoshoot will be the property of Everybody Health & Leisure and carry a 5-year usage period for marketing, promotional and general purposes, across all digital and print mediums.
You must notify us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to use the fitness suites and facilities safely.
As a thank you for taking part, you’ll receive one-month free membership. For annual upfront members, the one-month free will be added to the end of your current membership contract. For Direct Debit members, your next payment will not be taken from your account.
