Do I need to bring any equipment?
All equipment is provided.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing and bring water.
Important:
Socks are a must for Gravity Pilates.
We strongly recommend grip socks (with non‑slip spots on the bottom). These help keep you stable and comfortable on the equipment.
If you don’t already have grip socks, they are widely available online or at most sports and leisure retailers.
Do I need to be fit to take part?
No — suitable for all fitness levels.
Is it accessible for people with mobility issues?
Yes, exercises can be adapted.
Is it low‑impact?
Yes — designed to protect joints while delivering high-impact results.
