Here at Congleton we offer a range of activities for juniors including Family Fun Swims, Next Gen Gym, Active Holidays, Swimming Lessons and more!
Next Gen Gym
Next Gen Gym sessions are a fun and safe introduction to your local Everybody fitness suite. You will be under the supervision of a trained instructor who can provide you with tips and advice to help improve your fitness including cardio vascular and strength exercises. You have just as much freedom as adult gym users, accessing all the equipment in our gym setting based around the age guidance below. Our instructors will work with you to establish a session plan, based around your personal fitness aims and ensuring you get the best experience out of every session!
The sessions are available for 11 to 15 year olds and is FREE with an Everybody Junior Membership!
11-12 year olds – cardio equipment only
13-15 year olds – cardio equipment + resistance machines (& free weights if working directly with an instructor)
Sessions will initially run with a capacity of 4 to ensure a high level of service and safety to all involved.

Family Fun Swim
Our Family Fun sessions are ideal for families wanting to take a dip in our swimming pool whilst having fun with floats! This swimming session is available for all children aged 17 and under and their families.
The session is included in Everybody Junior Memberships.

Swimming Lessons
We offer a large and diverse programme of junior swimming lessons, all following the Swim England ‘Learn to Swim’ programme, catering to thousands of swimmers each week. Congleton offers swimming lessons for all ages and abilities including;
Parent and child (6 months to 3 years)
Ducklings (3 years to children starting school)
Main lessons (school age – 16 years)

Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are open to young people aged 11+, on the days and times listed on this page.
We pride ourselves in offering a safe, inclusive and welcoming fitness environment and in this instance want young people to experience the same positive mental, physical and social health benefits of exercise as adults do.
