We don’t get out of shape overnight, and we don’t get into shape overnight, either. I offer a gentler and patient approach to exercising and centre my guidance on a holistic shift in lifestyle. The aim is for clients to maintain a lasting healthy weight and muscle tone that is part of a lifelong commitment to wellbeing. Practice makes perfect, & this is how we get to where we want to be.

About Nancy

Despite dancing and doing gymnastics throughout my youth, and exercising actively as a young adult, the pressures of a career and family took their toll.

After switching careers from engineering to motherhood, and raising three daughters, fitness was sadly rather low on my list of priorities, until I “woke up” in an empty nest and realised my middle-aged body and general health had been neglected for far too long. Slowly, but surely, I resumed healthy eating habits (whole foods rich in nutrients) and a diligent exercise routine.

In twelve months, the change to my body and overall health was so dramatic, I thought it was time for another career switch: Helping others to also aspire and achieve a robust level of fitness and health. Unlike careers, we cannot “switch out” our physical shell. Our body is not disposable, and we reap what we sow.

My guidance is aimed to patiently encourage clients to enjoy a lifetime of sound choices and habits, where exercise is an integral piece of living life to the fullest.
