No Strings Badminton (NSB) is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘pay and play sessions’ or included as part of your Everybody membership.
Badminton is a fantastic sport for those looking to get active, meet new people and improve your mental health.
A friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit on your terms, NSB is fully inclusive and open to adult players (age 16yrs plus) of any ability.
Through No Strings Badminton we can make badminton more accessible and ensure a welcoming, fun and sociable playing environment for new, returning and experienced players alike.
