My coaching is built around you- your goals and your lifestyle. With the right support, structure and accountability, I will help you stay consistent, overcome self-doubt and create results that last. My aim is not just to help you reach your goals, but to give you the tools, confidence and motivation to maintain in all aspects of life.

I prioritise progressive training and sustainable routines to ensure results that last beyond the gym. By combining structured programming, accountability and ongoing support, I aim to create an environment where clients feel motivated, supported and empowered to become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.

About Sofia

I have always had a passion for fitness and performance from a young age, from here is where started developing my discipline through taking Taekwondo, where I was a part of the National Team and competed at a high level both nationally and internationally.

Taekwondo developed my focus and training standards, which I now use to help people of all abilities build their strength, confidence, and sustainable habits to achieve their goals. Over the years, fitness has played a major role in shaping who I am both physically and mentally.

Training has taught me resilience, and most importantly, consistency. Fitness has helped me build confidence, manage challenges, and develop a strong mindset, and I aim to pass those benefits onto every client I work with.

Representing the GBR national team gave me first-hand experience of what elite training programs and goal driven coaching looks like. This background has allowed me to bring a performance-based mindset into my coaching, while still making training accessible and effective for all levels.
