TRAIN Games Simulation Events

TRAIN Games is an exhilarating fitness event designed for people of all fitness levels and ages.

Our TRAIN Games Simulation Events are designed to help you prepare for the main event in October. If you’re competing in October, this is your opportunity to practise the format, refine your strategy, test your time and build confidence.

The difference between this event and the main event in October is that this will be a smaller-scale training experience, with fewer participants and a simplified setup. With a lower ticket price, this event will not include medals and will not be chip timed. However, our team will be on site throughout the day to record your time, support you through each stage, and guide you through the full event format.

This hybrid training experience combines functional movements with cardiovascular exercises, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging workout.

Participants can choose to compete individually or in pairs. All participants must be 18 years or older.

Event Exercises & Standards

The event will start at 10am and a wave of 8 participants will start every 15 minutes.
