The session is aimed for children aged 4 to 17 who might find cycling on a two wheeled bike more challenging –whether that is be due to a disability or injury. We have a range of adapted bikes to support disabled children to learn basic cycling skills.
The fortnightly session at Alsager Leisure Centre and Macclesfield Leisure Centre has bikes that allow participation, with support from staff or carers, even if they cannot cycle on their own.
These sessions will be small numbers – maximum of 6 children per session.
Come and try out a range of adapted bikes such as trikes and tandems, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Please note booking becomes available 2 weeks before each cycling session.
