I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have set myself targets, which I have managed to hit, whilst setting the bar a little bit higher. I am always striving to be better as an instructor and as a person. I am willing to increase my knowledge and skill to make sessions enjoyable but also challenging. I like to push limits, but I know it takes time to start seeing the results.

I have always been a sporty person, mainly participating in cardio-based sports and classes. I started lifting weights to help increase my strength and build muscle. I found it helps me mentally, in more ways than one. I have completed Spartan, Tough Mudder 3 times and X-Runner so I know what it takes to prepare for events.
