My aim is to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to be confident and motivated in the gym and achieve whatever you set your mind to. Anything is possible.

I can help you lose weight and tone, increase your strength to manage a health condition or improve your overall health and wellbeing, whilst having fun. I also train athletes in their chosen running distance, improving their form and therefore their time and race position using strength-based workouts.

About Laura

I discovered fitness later in life after watching a documentary on the 250km ‘toughest footrace on Earth’ and it has spiralled into a passion and career.  I have nearly 10 years of experience in the industry working on the gym floor, teaching fitness classes and training people on an individual basis to gain strength, health and confidence.

I have two small children at home, and I understand how a busy life can be a barrier to exercise but I want to work with you and your commitments so exercise can become a habit.  During my second maternity leave I qualified in pre and post-natal exercise design and I have used this knowledge to greatly improve my own weaknesses after the stresses of two pregnancies.  Whether your children are weeks old or years old, I believe every woman deserves to find strength and confidence in her new body.
