About Ollie

With a background in elite sport and over a decade of combined coaching, refereeing and playing experience, I bring a performance-driven mindset to every training session. I’ve proudly represented England Touch Rugby, earning twenty-six caps – a journey that’s taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and consistency.

Why do I do what I do? I coach because I’ve seen how transformative training can be – not just physically, but mentally. Competing at an International level taught me that correct structure and support can unlock potential most people don’t even realise they have. Now, my purpose is to pass that on – helping others discover their strength, build confidence, and push beyond what they thought possible.

My coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: clarity, consistency and individualisation. I don’t believe in ‘one-size-fits-all’ plans or chasing short-term results. Instead, I focus on long-term progress, coaching with intent and precision to match your goals, lifestyle and abilities.
