Les Mills Fitness Classes Launched at Everybody

Everybody Sport and Recreation has introduced a new timetable of the latest Les Mills fitness classes in centres across Cheshire East. From Les Mills Grit Strength and Cardio to Plyo and Bodypump Everybody customers can now experience the cutting edge group fitness workouts guaranteed to push you to your limits and achieve results.

Classes have been introduced in Alsager, Holmes Chapel, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Wilmslow and Congleton – more classes and locations to be added soon! Visit your local leisure centre fitness timetable for more information.

So what can you expect from Les Mills workouts? Here is a brief introduction to what each class entails!

Les Mills Grit Strength

Using barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises, LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is an intense 30-minute team training workout that will blast all major muscle groups and take your strength into another zone.

Les Mills Grit Cardio

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a high-impact cardio workout like nothing else. Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive, 30-minute workout combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

Les Mills Grit Plyo

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a plyometric-based workout that delivers fast results! Combining the principles of explosive plyometrics and power agility training, you’ll build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

Les Mills Bodyattack

Is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Les Mills Body Combat

Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
