On Monday 22nd February, Kier signed Crewe Lifestyle Centre over to Cheshire East Council and Everybody Sport and Recreation.
The signing over took place at the Crewe Lifestyle Centre which gave an opportunity for all involved in the project such as Kier, Cheshire East Council and Everybody Sport and Recreation to be together at this memorable event before the centre opens in April 2016.
The Lifestyle Centre will house an impressive range of Leisure and Community facilities accessible for everybody. As well as an eight lane 25m swimming pool and a world class fitness suite it will be a place to read and learn. It will also provide modern family and adult social care and community services all in one place.

The Swimming Pools
The main pool is an 8 lane 25m x17.5m and the Learner Pool is 17m x 8m both available for public sessions, learn to swim activities, swimming club hire, birthday parties, inflatable sessions, aqua fitness, galas and much more!
Group Fitness
If you love to work out with friends then the range of fitness classes in our purpose built studios will be perfect for you, classes range from high intensity training to strength and core sessions.
The Fitness Suite
The new fitness suite features 100 stations with all the latest in functional training, strength and conditioning and cardiovascular fitness including equipment designed for users with disabilities. Our instructors will have the ability to monitor and measure your progress and achievements, provide programmes to achieve your goals and offer 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions
The Sports Hall
Our sports hall can accommodate all the traditional sporting activities ranging from a relaxing game of indoor bowls to a 5- a- side football. The sports hall will be available daytime, evenings and weekends for private clubs, groups of friends, children’s parties and anyone who wants to come and take part in the activities we can provide
