Government Announcement 22/2/21 Update

Following the Prime Ministers announcement this afternoon regarding the roadmap for easing of lockdown restrictions we are continuing to review the information given and will update customers regarding our reopening plans as soon as we can.

In the meantime we can confirm that we have individual plans in place to support each one of our joint use schools from the 8th March.

We are also working on plans to restart our outdoor provision from 29th March, we will release more information soon to customers regarding this.

Once again, we would like to thank our customers for your support and patience during this time.

All members can continue to access live and on-demand fitness classes through “Everybody @ Home” – this access is completely free of charge during this lockdown period.

We can’t wait to be able to announce the opening of our doors again soon and will continue to operate as a covid-secure leisure trust, offering you a safe and enjoyable health and fitness experience!

Closure of Everybody Leisure Centres December 2020


Following recent announcement of Cheshire East going in to tier 4 from the Government on 30th December 2020 we have been asked to close all of our 16 leisure facilities as of Thursday 31st December until further notice.

It is our priority to put the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff first above anything else.


As your local health and wellbeing Charity we have recently launched an online service Everybody @ Home which is a website exclusively for our Everybody members which has on-demand and live health and fitness classes to keep you active and healthy during this lockdown from home.

Everybody at Home has a range of amazing on-demand and live health and fitness classes, including Get Moving, Dance Fit, Pilates, HIIT, Yoga and so much more! We will be adding more classes to the timetable from Monday 11th January! We will not be charging for this service whilst our centres are closed.

If you are not already a member – sign up now and you won’t be charged until we reopen

Once you are a member you can sign up to the platform using your Everybody membership number, if you need support in getting registered contact our team at [email protected]


Gym and Swim Bookings

Bookings for after Wednesday 30th December will not be able to go ahead. Our support team are in the process of cancelling these bookings for you and if you are a casual member who has paid for a swim or gym session, they will be refunding you which will be processed at the earliest opportunity. Membership Payment

You do not need to do anything regarding your membership, our support team will stop any payments until we reopen again. This includes payments which were due to go out on the 1st January.

Please do not cancel your Direct Debit at the bank, as we will not be taking any payment for January.

For annual cash upfront members we will add on any period of closure onto the end of your membership term.

By remaining as an Everybody member you will get instant access to our facilities once we reopen without having to re-join and you will be able to use Everybody @ Home our online health and fitness channel with lots of live and on demand workouts.


Swimming Lessons

Please be assured that customers will not be charged during this period of closure. This includes payments which were due to go out on the 1st January.

Direct debit customers – Please leave your direct debt arrangement in place so we can restart your lessons seamlessly when we resume. We will freeze payments from our end, so you don’t have to worry.

Block payment customers – All payments are held for you, any weeks that you have pre-paid and not yet received will be there for your return. These credits will be saved on your child’s account.
