Well we all know how much our members love a challenge to keep motivated, especially during this time. After the success of our 28 day challenge we thought we would carry on the motivation by giving you some ideas and Buddy Up Challenges to keep you and your family/friends active, eating healthy and to have some fun for the rest of February!
Our 28 day Challenge ends on 14th February – Valentine’s Day – so what better way to start a new week but some new challenges between you and your loved ones.
Take part with a member of your own household or virtually with a friend or family member from another household.

- Who can hold a plank the longest? This could also be adapted to no. press ups / burpees – time your efforts at the start and then keep trying to see how much you have improved by the end of the month!

Steps Challenge
2. Who can do the most amount of steps before the end of February two week period, whether its walking, running or climbing your stairs at home there’s plenty of ways in which to increase your steps. You can track your daily steps on a fitness device or smartphone i.e fitbit, garmin, strava and set daily or weekly targets that you and your chosen partner can compete against! Remember to share and tag us in your results.

3. Most amount of online classes completed in the 2 week period. Check out our Everybody @ Home online Health and Fitness timetable and tag us in what classes you are taking part in, don’t forget to send us a selfie!
Cooking Challenge
4. Healthy Dinner Date – Either cook a healthy recipe meal for your partner from Ellies tips or create a virtual dinner party with your buddy and choose from our fakeaway menu, something to cook and eat together over zoom! Tag us in your photos of the meals you make!
