Jump into a session that meets your fitness routine. An Activation session typically lasts between 20 minutes to an hour, depending on what works best for you. Once you’ve completed the initial activation, we’ll schedule a relaxed 30-minute follow-up session to assess your progress. The review sessions are usually scheduled within 4 to 12 weeks after the initial activation.
