Everybody Health and Leisure member, Adam Tantram, completed Everybody’s 12 week
Adult Exercise Referral programme with Specialist Health Advisor Victoria. Adam joined the scheme after being referred by his GP to improve his physical and mental wellbeing, at Congleton Leisure Centre.

Prior to joining the programme, Adam led a sedentary lifestyle. Since attending he has experienced notable improvements in his mental wellbeing and has adopted healthier dietary habits. Adam has been steadily increasing his physical activity levels by regularly attending the gym and swimming, incorporating this positive routine into his daily schedule.

Adam Tantram, Everybody Healthy member shares:

“Everybody’s Adult Exercise Referral Scheme has been a great experience. The regular check-ins have been reassuring, making sure everything is on track. The 12 week Exercise Referral programme has made a big difference to my life and it’s given me a reason to get out of the house. I feel my overall health has Improved, feeling fitter and more confident day to day. I would recommend Everybody’s scheme and I have spoken to several people about joining, after such a positive experience.”

Victoria Clarke, Specialist Health Advisor at Everybody Health & Leisure shared:

“I have seen Adam’s confidence grow throughout the 12 weeks. He has done amazingly well and has been a pleasure to work with. I am glad the programme had made such a positive impact on his health, both physically and mentally.”
