Charities Health Programme Improves Member’s Physical and Mental Wellbeing
Everybody Health and Leisure member, Adam Tantram, completed Everybody’s 12 week Adult Exercise Referral programme with Specialist Health Advisor Victoria. Adam joined the scheme after being referred by his GP to improve his physical and mental wellbeing, at Congleton Leisure Centre.
Prior to joining the programme, Adam led a sedentary lifestyle. Since attending he has experienced notable improvements in his mental wellbeing and has adopted healthier dietary habits. Adam has been steadily increasing his physical activity levels by regularly attending the gym and swimming, incorporating this positive routine into his daily schedule.

The 12 week Exercise Referral programme has made a big difference to my life and it’s given me a reason to get out of the house.
