The 12‑week Health Programmes are available only to non‑Everybody Health & Leisure members. To be eligible, you must not have held a membership with us within the last 12 months.
Programmes are offered at selected sites only.
A fee of £37.99 (effective from 1 April 2026) is payable at your initial consultation with a Specialist Health Advisor (SHA). If payment is not provided, the consultation will not go ahead and must be rescheduled.
By making payment, you are committing to:
The full 12‑week programme
A minimum of three face‑to‑face appointments with a Specialist Health Coach (SHA) (initial, mid‑point and end‑point assessments) at an agreed site
Maintaining regular contact with the SHA, responding to calls and messages, and completing all required forms and lifestyle questionnaires during the programme period.
If you fail to attend more than one appointment without notifying us, you will be removed from the programme, your membership will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. You will also be ineligible to rejoin the programme for 12 months.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be offered a reduced‑rate membership, currently £34.25 per month (from 1 April 2026). This fee is reviewed annually and may increase.
Once you have completed the programme, you will not be eligible to rejoin another programme for a period of two years.
Memberships will not be frozen or suspended during the 12‑week programme, except in exceptional circumstances.
The programme fee of £37.99 is non‑refundable.
Activities included in the programme are available only to the named membership holder and cannot be shared or transferred.

Everybody Health & Leisure accepts no liability for death, personal injury, or loss or damage of any kind, except where caused by the negligence of Everybody Health & Leisure or its staff.
Everybody Health & Leisure reserves the right to reject any application for membership or renewal without providing a reason.
Your membership card must be presented on every visit. Memberships and cards are non‑transferable, and the card remains the property of Everybody Health & Leisure.
Please keep your membership card safe. A £5.00 administration fee will be charged for replacement cards.
Members must follow the Customer Etiquette Guidelines displayed in all facilities. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate by staff.
For security purposes, a photograph will be taken when your card is issued. This photograph will be used to identify the cardholder before access to the facilities is granted.
Everybody Health & Leisure reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any of the terms, conditions, or activities offered under the Everybody scheme, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Where possible, alternative facilities will be provided.
Any personal information you provide will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and used solely for the administration and management of your membership. If you wish to receive information about promotions, member offers, or events, you should indicate your preferred method of contact when joining the scheme. Your personal details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, postcode, gender, date of birth, occupation, and interests when you sign up. This information is used to process your membership, manage your account, and provide offers on products and services we believe may be of interest to you.
