Terms and Conditions

• Offer applies to existing Crewe Alex season ticket holders only.
• Proof of eligibility must be given to access the membership and redeem membership card. Offer must be applied to the 12 month Corporate Membership category at checkout.
  
• Offer valid to new members and returning members. A returning member must not have been an Everybody Direct Debit member in the previous month.
• Offer can be redeemed online by visiting www.everybody.org.uk or at an Everybody Leisure Centre.
• A customer wishing to join as a Junior member must sign up at a leisure Centre with their parent/guardian present.
• At the end of the promotional period, the regular price of your membership will continue
• If you would like to switch to a different Everybody membership at the end of the promotional period, and you are eligible, you must provide one month’s payment notice. This can be done by emailing [email protected] or calling our customer support team on 01477 689557.

• We’re confident you will love your health and fitness experience with us, and the breadth of options included in your membership. However, if you would like to cancel your membership, this can be done within our standard membership cancellation policy requiring at least one month’s payment notice.
• If you cancel your membership during the promotional period, you will be unable to re join using the same promotion.
• The offer is non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All Everybody direct debit memberships are agreements in accordance with the Direct Debit Guarantee and are subject to regular price reviews. Any change to memberships will be notified in writing a minimum of 10 days before any intended change.
• Direct Debit to be collected on the1 1st 15th of the month

Corporate memberships are only valid providing the following conditions are met:

• This agreement is for a minimum 12 direct debit collections, after which the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. It may be terminated by giving not less than 10 days prior written notice to expire when the 12th direct debit collection has been made to [email protected].
• If the membership is cancelled before the end of the agreed contract term on your membership agreement then you must pay the contracted membership fees due for the remainder of the agreed contract period.
• The member remains a season ticket holder by the approved organisation, note that the member may be requested to provide proof of eligibility by the approved corporate organisation at any time.
• If at any time these conditions are not met, the member will be given notice of their membership fee to return to the non-discounted standard rate at the current time.
• Offer ends 31st May 2024
