Things to consider in your nomination

Nomination question, guidance and approximate word counts.

Please make sure you read each question carefully and plan your answers. Use the ‘you may want to include’ bullet points and reference to what information you should be including in your answer.

You will see we provide an approximate word count for each question – this should give you insight into how much detail we require. Please be as detailed as you can, these forms are your chance to really showcase why your nominee deserves to win the award. Even though there may be staff members at Everybody who know your nominee really well, please remember that the judges do not know who you are and may have had no experience of your sport/club/organisation etc. For this reason, it is important to include all relevant information in your entry.

Please include information on the impact that your nominee has had on their community, showcase their dedication by talking about the challenges that they have overcome, and give evidence by including testimonials and feedback that you have gathered from their peers or anyone who have been positively affected by their work.

For more information on how to tailor your entry please refer to our top tips for each category in the category description of the nomination form.
