Everybody Workout Card- Stroke

Our Health Referral Lead Kevin has put together a workout card for people who have had a Stroke (Cerebrovascular accident) or Transient Ischaemic Attack

Try to perform these exercises in a seated position where possible. If you wish to do a standing activity, please ensure you use one hand to hold on to a stable surface such as the back of a chair.

Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury. Please do not participate in workouts if advised by your doctor against.
