I specialise in training people with special conditions including obesity, hypertension, diabetes arthritis and mental health conditions. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for the last 10 years. Before starting at Everybody Sport & Recreation I worked and trained clients in Alderley Park for 15 years. I love working with my clients, we work really hard but always have a good laugh along the way ! I have boxed since I was 15 years old, I believe it is one of the best workouts utilising the whole body. I use a lot of boxing techniques & movements in my workouts and I am a registered MMA Fitness Instructor. It is great to see boxing and MMA disciplines taking off in the fitness industry. I teach circuits throughout the week and focus on effective and fun workouts, driving a high calorie burn and achieving incredible results.
