What is Virtual BODYBALANCE™ ?

Virtual BODYBALANCE™, by Les Mills, is a Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Delivered on-screen by a Les Mills instructor the session consists of controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music that creates a holistic workout bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.
