The Thermal Suite Will Operate The Following Hours During School Term Time:
Monday – Friday: 6.00am – 12.30pm, 3.00pm – 9.00pm (beginning 12th September)
Saturday & Sunday: 7.00am- 5.00pm (beginning Saturday 9th September)

A Thermal Spa has a number of relaxing amenities that can be used to quickly transition from states of extreme heat to cold. You will use our hot experience rooms, Sauna and Steam, before using the Crushed Ice machine to bring your body temperature back down. This combination of hot and cold is thought to boost your blood circulation and increase overall wellness.
