What our customers say

Jamie was amazing and both children thoroughly enjoyed their swimming lesson. Jamie managed to work on their swimming techniques as well as keeping it fun for them. He also received very good feedback from both the stage 7 kids and parents, the kids loved it and said they learnt lots. The parents said that he found the right balance between working on their child’s stamina, perfecting their swimming techniques and having fun.

The Alpha Splash sessions at Everybody are the best courses ever. My kids are really enjoying the sessions and doing so well, I can sit back and watch the lessons without being on edge or judged by other parents, as they are all in the same boat. I wanted to praise the swimming teachers at Everybody, they are brilliant and so patient with the kids, even when Charlie has one of his demand avoidance episodes, they are calm and supportive

After my daughter’s accident, Danni Murphy at Everybody Alsager showed incredible kindness by offering supportive 1:2:1 sessions. Her care, patience, and compassion made a huge difference in my daughter’s recovery. We are truly grateful to Danni and her team. Forever grateful.

If your child is ready to move up or you want to transfer to another class, this can be arranged at your leisure centre reception or over the phone.

You can also move classes through the Home Portal, but only after your child has moved up, or a member of staff has enabled this to transfer classes. If the system prompts you to make a payment, this means it is trying to create a new Direct Debit, which is incorrect.

If you need support with moving classes, please email: [email protected]

We can offer replacement lessons for children who miss sessions due to medical reasons.
Replacement lessons can only be arranged when absence is confirmed with either:

  • A signed doctor’s note, or
  • A medical exemption certificate

If this applies to you, please contact: [email protected]

Swimming lessons run for 50 weeks each year. Your monthly Direct Debit is calculated to cover those 50 weeks, so the two-week Christmas closure is already included. You won’t pay extra, and your usual payment stays the same.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox, as all available spaces are automatically offered via email.

If you remain on the waiting list for 12 months without securing a place, the system will automatically remove your request. If you still require lessons after this time, you will need to add yourself back onto the waiting list.

Please note: Weekend Discovery Ducklings classes have a longer waiting time due to high demand.

When paying by Direct Debit, you are responsible for ensuring that the nominated account has sufficient funds on the collection date.

If a Direct Debit fails:

  • The membership is automatically suspended
  • The child’s lesson allocation is removed
  • To rejoin, the pro-rata for the remainer of the month and a £21.99 joining fee must be paid
