Swimming Lessons at Everybody Sport

Baby and Toddler

Our junior lessons start with classes for babies and toddlers. Our Adult and Child classes allow the parents to be in the water with the child to help gain confidence in the water and to prepare for the next step into Duckling Stages 1-4.

Ages 3+

Our Duckling classes are for children from 3 years old. Duckling 1 will see children start to move by themselves in the water. By Duckling 4 they will be jumping in, going underwater, floating and travel 10 metres without support.

Duckling Awards are great at promoting increased independence and water confidence to help prepare for Stage 1 of the Learn to Swim Framework.

Ages 4+
The Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards are divided into progressive stages. They make up the core, national syllabus of learning to swim for primary school aged children.
They are designed to reward your child for their development of the essential aquatic skills they need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.
Each of the Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards has a list of clear outcomes that need to be completed in order to gain each Award.

All children enrolled on direct debit swim lessons with Everybody can now get unlimited free public swim sessions!
We want to help children improve on their swimming technique and progress through the Learn to Swim stages. By providing free public swimming sessions for all children currently on the DD membership in stages 1-10, your children will be able to practice more often.
Each child will also receive a free swimming cap, which is an essential for their swimming lessons. Ask at your Everybody leisure centre for more information.
