50+ Sports Hall is a multi-sport and fitness session that included a variety of activities that may change weekly, depending on the number of visitors coming down to joining the session. The sports and fitness activities on offer include; Badminton, Table Tennis, Pickleball, Circuits and Stretch exercises amongst others. You can take part in as many activities as you’d like or take a breather and catch up with friends, both old and new as you’ll be sure to make new acquaintances in this fun-filled session.
