Sport & Social is a casual, low-impact session for 50+ adults offering light sports such as Pickle ball, badminton, table tennis, curling + coffee.
There is also the opportunity to take part in light aerobic exercise and circuit training. It’s a fabulous session that brings together like-minded and friendly people from the local community in a welcoming atmosphere.
