Aquanatal sessions for Mothers-to-be provide a fun, safe and structured water based activities that will help you control your weight, and help you stay healthy during pregnancy. This session will benefit you through the following:
– Improving your posture and balance, body circulation and stabilising your blood pressure levels
– Assist in alleviating anti and postnatal depression and aids postnatal recovery
– Reducing stress, whilst increasing your feel good hormones and your self-confidence
– Provides an opportunity to meet new friends and other expectant mothers.
