Next Gen Gym
Next Gen Gym sessions are led by a trained instructor for 12 & 13 year olds.
The Next Gen Gym sessions are a fun and safe introduction to your local Everybody gym. You will be under the supervision of a trained instructor who can provide you with tips and advice to help improve your fitness including cardiovascular and strength exercises. The sessions cater for all levels of fitness and we look forward to seeing you and your friends working out together!
Each session costs £3.00 per session or FREE with an Everybody Junior Membership!
Family Fun Sessions
Our Family Fun sessions are ideal for families wanting to take a dip in our swimming pool whilst having fun with floats! This swimming session is available for all children aged 17 and under and their families.
Sessions cost £4.20 for Juniors, Under 3’s go FREE and £5.00 for Adults. The session is included in Everybody Junior Memberships

We offer a large and diverse programme of junior swimming lessons, all following the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, catering to thousands of swimmers each week. Wilmslow offers swimming lessons for all ages and abilities including;
Parent and child (6 months to 3 years)
Ducklings (3 years to children starting school)
Main lessons (school age – 16 years)
Fun-filled multi-activity children’s sessions during the school holidays!
Our school holiday activities include Family Fun Swims, Inflatable Swims, Roller Disco, Trampolining, Bouncy Castles, Sports, Crafts, Zids Zumba and more!
Under 8s policy is applicable to all pool sessions. Children under 8 years of age and non-swimmers of any age must be accompanied in the water at all times.
All single sessions are included in your Everybody Membership unless ran by an external provider. To confirm your space please book in advance by contacting the your local centre or provider first.
