Frequently Asked Questions

When are you opening and what services are resuming?

We are pleased and excited to announce that we reopened all of our 16 leisure centres and swimming pools on 2nd December 2020 following the announcement from the Government.

Update 23/12/2020 on Tier 3 restrictions: In light of the recent announcement today from the Government relating to Cheshire East going into tier 3 from Boxing Day, this means that group exercise classes and Squash will not be permitted within our facilities until further notice, Badminton can continue but in the same bubble only.

Our opening times over Christmas remain the same for our gym sessions (at the 6 facilities open between 29-31 December), so please if you were booked on to a class and would like to book a gym session you can do that via our website. Also, Everybody members have access to our new online platform Everybody @ Home, which has a range of both live and on demand classes available. A great addition to our membership for those who love classes, especially during this time.

I have paid for November and your centre was closed, do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, the announcement from the Government for us to close, came at a time when we had already instructed and processed the membership payments for swimming lessons and fitness memberships on 1st November.  Therefore, for monthly paying members, we will be making an adjustment against your December payment, for our annual members we will adding on an extra free month to your contract. We will not be issuing any refunds.

I am an annual member and have paid upfront for November what happens to my membership?

We will be adding on an extra month to the end of your Everybody annual membership.

What happened to my membership whilst you were closed?

We froze everyone’s membership payments automatically for November, so you didn’t need to worry about rejoining or cancelling! You’ll get instant access as soon as our doors reopen.

If you have cancelled your DD at your bank or given prior notice to cancel your Everybody membership you will need to re-join before being able to access your local leisure centre and online bookings. You can sign up again online here:

What about swimming lessons?

Swimming lesson customers were not charged during the period of closure. Swimming lessons will resume on 2nd December at the same lesson time and day confirmed before the lockdown and the same covid-measures are in place.

Direct debit customers – Any lessons already paid for in advance will be factored into your next DD payment when lessons resume.

Block payment customers – All payments are held for you, any weeks that you have prepaid and not yet received will be there for your return. These credits will be saved on your child’s account.

How do I access the virtual classes from home?

To access the new Everybody @ Home services which includes on demand health fitness videos and daily live classes you need to have an active Everybody membership. This service is included in your Everybody membership.

If you choose to suspend or cancel your membership you will not get access to Everybody @ Home.

To register you will need your membership number and the email address you have registered with.

I’d like to discuss my membership, who do I contact?
