• No joining fee promotion applies to fitness direct debit membership categories, including Standard, Premium, Corporate, joint and Family, Options, Crewe West and Health follow on membership categories.

• We’re confident you will love your health and fitness experience with us, and the breadth of options included in your membership. However, if you would like to cancel your membership, this can be done within our Direct Debit membership cancellation policy requiring at least 10 days payment notice.  

• The offer is non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  

• Online promo code must be used at checkout.
