In partnership with Crewe Town Council our experienced coaches are delivering a range of free outdoor wellbeing and fitness activities within parks around Crewe as part of a Pop Up in the Parks project!
These free outdoor wellbeing and fitness activities for Crewe residents are accessible for everyone to improve physical and mental wellbeing and social interaction.
From Morning Rise Pilates, Everybody Boxing and more, there is something for everyone. Find out more below.
Please wear comfy/loose clothing, shoes and bring a bottle of water with you. Please note, due to adverse weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel classes.

Fitness For All
A fun and interactive workout offering a series of different exercises to challenge participants and improve fitness. From squats and lunges to team activities and games designed by our amazing Personal Trainers these brilliant activity sessions for all the family will leave everyone smiling.
Who classes are for: All ages and abilities welcome (Children aged 8 and below must be accompanied by an adult.) Attendees with a pre-existing medical condition must have been signed off by a medical professional for exercise.
What to bring: Please bring water with you
What to wear: Something comfortable and easy to move in

Morning Rise Pilates
Revitalise your body with a gentle morning Pilates workout, improving core strength, posture and overall flexibility, in the outdoors and a relaxed atmosphere!
Who classes are for: 11 years +. Attendees with a pre-existing medical condition must have been signed off by a medical professional for exercise.
What to bring: Water and a towel, if you would prefer to bring your own mat, please do so however mats will be provided.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and trainers or you can do it bare foot.
Day: Mondays, Starting 1st July 2024- 23rd September 2024

Everybody Multi-Sports
Prepare to be active, we will provide a range of multi sport activities, from kwik cricket, rounders, dodgeball and tennis!
Open to families aged 5+ years (Children aged 5-8 years need to be accompanied by an adult.) Attendees with a pre-existing medical condition must have been signed off by a medical professional for exercise.
Please bring: Comfortable clothing and footwear and a drink ready to participate in a variety of sports and activities

Everybody Boxing
A brilliant brand new workout devised by a professional personal trainers and boxers to deliver a boxing workout. This is a fun, whole body, cardiovascular and power based workout using boxing combinations, footwork and core challenges.
Suitable for: All levels of fitness, ages 11+. Attendees with a pre-existing medical condition must have been signed off by a medical professional for exercise.
Please bring: Trainers, comfy clothes & water
