What is the date of the event?
Saturday 11th October 2025.
Who is the event for?
The event is for anyone and everyone above the age of 18 who is looking to challenge themselves and have fun at the same time.
What time does the event start?
Participants will start at different times from 10am (times will be allocated nearer the time).
How do I know my start time?
Entrants will add their preferred start time when they sign up for the event, but this cannot be guaranteed. We will be sending exact start times to those who have paid for the event by Friday 12th September 2025 via email.
How does the event work?
You will be asked to arrive 30 minutes before your wave time where you will be directed to registration and receive your participant number. You will then attend a 5 minute briefing before being directed to the first station, and progress through all 8 stations. Your score at the end will be your time.
How long will it take to complete the event?
The event will run from 10am with last wave at approximately 3pm and we anticipate the course of stations will take approximately 50 mins to complete depending on fitness levels and abilities.
Can I enter the event with a friend?
Participants can enter the event as a single person or as a double. The double can be a mix of genders, and they can split the exercise as they like e.g. one participant can do more reps and distances than the other, and they can swap over as many times as they like to complete each station.
Do I have to be an Everybody Health and Leisure member?
You do not have to be a member of Everybody to sign up for the TRAIN games event; it is open to all. Please note the TRAIN timetabled classes are only open to members.
