Supporting children with a range of disabilities to be physically active.
Our Activity Hubs are a fortnightly multi-sport and play session supporting children with a range of disabilities aged 4 to 17 to be physically active. The Activity Hub consists of a variety of activities including special themed events and quiet areas, based on consultation, to keep participants engaged.
The different activities will be adapted to make sure they are suitable for all ages and ability levels. This ensures people enjoy the session, develop social skills and explore their abilities.
Please note the Activity Hub sessions are no longer funded through Cheshire East Short Break funding so is now a chargeable activity.
Booking will be come available for each Activity Hub session 2 weeks before each activity.
