What is Pregnancy Yoga?

A slow series of stretches designed to nurture and relax those expecting, encouraging a deep and mindful bond with your baby

Suitable for : Those expecting

What to bring : Water, a mat and a blanket. Mats will also be provided if you do not have one

What to wear : Comfortable clothing, socked or bare feet

** Please ensure that you have been signed off by your Dr at your 16 week check. You will also be asked to sign a health commitment statement and must disclose any medical issues, injuries or concerns to the instructor. Please book to avoid disappointment as places are limited**
