Bike Therapy for People Living with Parkinson’s

Dedicated group cycling class available at Crewe Lifestyle Centre, for people living with Parkinson’s Disease.

Classes include riding an indoor stationary bicycle, which has been shown to reduce Parkinson’s motor symptoms by as much as 35%.

Starting with a warm up, followed by cycling on a bike at 80 to 90 RPM with resistance, and a cool down.

Classes will be tailored to each individual and cater for all needs and abilities. Cycling is fun and almost anyone can do it.
