About our apprenticeships

We recruited our first apprentices in 2015 and since then have employed 53 people in a diverse range of roles. The majority of our apprentices are still with us, including some who have started their progression into management roles or are delivering PT programmes for customers.

Developing our people is at the core of our business and are very proud of the quality of our apprenticeship scheme and the opportunities that it provides.

We working closely with our training providers to deliver high-quality apprenticeships that cover personal development and soft skills as well as the core educational elements of the apprenticeship.

• 18-month (approx.) apprenticeship programme
• 37 hours per week including early mornings, evenings and weekends (operational roles)
• Performance based pay increases every 6 months starting at £12,540 (current rates) per year with 6 monthly performance-based increases
• 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5-years service)
• Staff membership of leisure facilities at very reduced rates
