Research has shown that work is the biggest cause of stress which can stop people performing at their best.
Mental health conditions are often hidden due to stigma and fear of discrimination and research has shown that a culture of fear and silence around mental health is costly to employers.
The HSE guidance ‘First aid needs assessment’ refers to mental health in the workplace.

COVID-19 update
We are following all awarding organisation and government guidelines in relation to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor and we may need to make further amendments at short notice depending on changes from Government and the Awarding Body.
Appropriate PPE may need to be used during any practical activities where social distancing is not possible – this will be kept to a minimum.
Please do not attend any training course if you have symptoms of or have tested positive for Covid-19.
