First Aid For Mental Health Awareness Level 1 Qualification with Everybody

This 4-hour qualification provides an overview of the most common mental health conditions teaching you how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help.

You will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions but will gain the knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and know where they can go to get help.

The qualification consists of one mandatory unit which you must successfully complete to achieve the qualification which lasts for 3 years.

Cancellations & Refunds

Wherever possible we will transfer you to an alternate course.

Refund policy:

• Full refunds will only be issued with more than 28 days written notice.
• Cancellations with 14 to 28 days notice will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 14 days notice (except in exceptional circumstances).
• All refunds will be subject to an administration fee.

Refunds will not be issued for candidates who have stated that they can meet the minimum requirements / pre-requisites of a course and then are unable to do so.
