Everybody is an independent charitable trust delivering leisure & health improvement services in 16 facilities throughout Cheshire East & employ over 900 people in a wide variety of roles from lifeguards & gym instructors to accountants & associated business support roles.

Apprenticeships allow you to learn as you earn! You can gain nationally recognised qualifications and valuable experience – and get paid whilst you do it.

Our award-winning apprentice program will put you on the path to an exciting career. By joining us this September, you’ll be part of our 7th cohort of apprentices since we set up our Academy in 2015. We’ve developed over 40 apprentices, supporting them to gain valuable skills and experience and continue their development with us here at Everybody long after completing their apprenticeships; we’re a growing organisation with ambitious plans for the future and you’re guaranteed a permanent role with us once you’ve successfully achieved your apprenticeship.

We are looking for people who have the right people skills, personality, flexibility & desire to work for a growing, ambitious & forward thinking organisation. Applicants must be self-motivated & target-driven yet able to work within a supportive team environment & possess a positive attitude.

Pay & Benefits

  • 18 month apprentice programme
  • 37 hours per week including evenings & weekends (operational roles)
  • Performance based pay increases every 6 months starting at £10,611 per year with 6 monthly performance based increases
  • 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5 years service)
  • Staff membership of leisure facilities at very reduced rates
