About Me:
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and being happy with themselves inside and out. I started off as a competitive swimmer and then moved onto to competing in triathlon reaching National level. Although I have competed to a high level, I have also struggled with injuries, so I understand the determination and motivation that is required to start again and build up your confidence. I believe that everyone can achieve their goals, no matter where their starting point is, but sometimes you need a little help along the way.

I like to think I am caring, considerate and honest when it comes to training and not one exercise fits all. I like to adapt my sessions for each member to help them achieve their goals and objectives. I absolutely love eating, it is by far one of my favourite things to do! Second to that is watching films anything with a good story has me sold with all genres covered.

Designing a bespoke training programme: Your personal goals will be holy grail of any training programme. Your personal trainer will talk to you about where you are now, where you want to be and craft a bespoke programme to make sure you can get there effectively and efficiently. And if your goals change, then your programme can be edited and structured to suit your new objectives.
