We have received Healthy Neighbourhoods Funding awarded by Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board and Cheshire East Council to provide two weekly live online exercise classes and access to a library of on-demand videos that you can access at any time.

Our new Recondition Cheshire East online exercise programme will be launching Monday 15th July, find out more below.

About our classes

Our free online live exercise classes are low intensity, open to Cheshire East residents, 18 years plus, inactive or new to exercise.

Both classes are aimed at improving strength, balance and flexibility to improve overall mobility, health and independence, allowing you to live a fuller and happier life.

A great opportunity to get physically active, with support from our friendly instructors, whilst meeting other people all in the comfort of your own home.

The good news is classes are free of charge and you don’t even need to leave your home to take part.

You will require internet access and smart device (tablet, IPAD or computer) to access classes. If you don’t have a device or if technology isn’t your best friend, don’t worry, why not take part with a friend or family member. Our team are also on hand to help you get set up.

Our online live exercise classes:
