From a shy participant in the back row of a class to a dedicated Group Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer, my fitness journey has been truly transformative. I’ve faced challenges, worked hard, and I’m excited to share my experiences with you. My passion lies in helping women transform their lives—whether it’s shedding pounds, dropping dress sizes, or building strength and confidence. I believe in blending effective training with a supportive community, so every workout becomes not just a challenge but an enjoyable experience.
