What is Young at Heart?

A fun and relaxing class aimed for those of a mature age or less physically active.  This particular class is based on the aerobics class format to music but at a gentler pace. It aim’s to maintain the participations fitness levels or help to improve it by applying generic exercise moves and routines with the use of weights. The class also involves various stretching techniques to improve your flexibility.
