I’m a Personal Trainer here at Alderley Park.
My passion is centred on the goals and needs of my clients, whether that is walking up the stairs with ease or competing at a high level in their chosen discipline. Using good technique is the basis for getting the best results from your training session whilst preventing injury. Pushing people beyond their comfort zone is the secret to success either via high intensity workouts or a slow steady approach.
I specialise in training people with special conditions including obesity, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis and mental health conditions.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2015. I became a Personal Trainer because I love the fitness industry and working with people. Every day brings a different reward.
Although I have always trained myself, I worked in the food industry for 26 years prior to that. As someone who trains 5/6 days a week I have a real passion for the industry. I enjoy seeing my clients achieving great results. Over my life I have participated in numerous sports including football, Tennis, Badminton, handball and Gaelic Football.
