Hi, I’m Sam I have guided many members through their health and fitness journey here at Everybody Health and Leisure. Working alongside many different people with different goals. From reducing BMI for an operation, to building confidence in the gym environment right the way through to rehabilitation from surgery and everything in between. Through my own health and fitness high and lows I have picked up valuble experience to enhance my qualifications and offering.

About Sam

I have competed in many fitness events, running ones, obstacle ones, triathlons to name a few. I understand first-hand the time, dedication and motivation needed to get race ready. I pride myself in assisting others and often convincing people that they can achieve what they consider impossible. I wasn’t always into fitness events; in fact I wasn’t always into fitness. I hated PE in school and only found my own love for fitness once I became a mother and was looking for some “me time”. I have had my own battles with my body weight and confidence. I have been the largest and the smallest of my group of friends. I am now at a stage in my life where my hormones are changing and I feel less in tune with my body, I’m researching and practicing different things to keep fit and healthy whilst this change in my life is happening. I can relate first hand to many women within our gym and will happily use my experiences to help others.
