I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for the last 10 years. Before starting at Everybody, I worked and trained clients in Alderley Park for 15 years. I love working with my clients, we work really hard but always have a good laugh along the way! I have boxed since I was 15 years old, I believe it is one of the best workouts utilising the whole body. I use a lot of boxing techniques & movements in my workouts and I am a registered MMA Fitness Instructor. It is great to see boxing and MMA disciplines taking off in the fitness industry. I teach circuits throughout the week and focus on effective and fun workouts, driving a high calorie burn and achieving incredible results.

Sometimes all the choice can make the gym feel so overwhelming it can be hard to know what to do! I can help you build a simple, effective routine that will help you achieve your goals. I have 20 years’ experience working as a PT and helped people run marathons, complete triathlons, lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injuries and improve their health. Whatever your goal I can tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle and will get results. My goal is to help you enjoy coming to the gym-no one leaves thinking I wish I hadn’t trained today! I have always enjoyed being active and spent 15 years as a Thai Boxer before switching to Triathlon. I have represented Great Britain as an age group triathlete at European and World Championship level.
