I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for the last 10 years. Before starting at Everybody, I worked and trained clients in Alderley Park for 15 years. I love working with my clients, we work really hard but always have a good laugh along the way! I have boxed since I was 15 years old, I believe it is one of the best workouts utilising the whole body. I use a lot of boxing techniques & movements in my workouts and I am a registered MMA Fitness Instructor. It is great to see boxing and MMA disciplines taking off in the fitness industry. I teach circuits throughout the week and focus on effective and fun workouts, driving a high calorie burn and achieving incredible results.
My passion is centred on the goals and needs of my clients, whether that is walking up the stairs with ease or competing at a high level in their chosen discipline. Using good technique is the basis for getting the best results from your training session whilst preventing injury. I specialise in training people with special conditions including obesity, hypertension, diabetes arthritis and mental health conditions. Pushing people beyond their comfort zone is the secret to success either via high intensity workouts or a steady approach. I became a Personal Trainer because I love fitness and working with people. Every day brings a different reward.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine since I was young, whether this was through multi-sports or gym related sessions. Since becoming certified as a Personal Trainer, I have delivered a wide variety of classes and fun training sessions to a wide variety of individuals. I have been described by my clients as dedicated yet demanding which helps to encourage them to work to their true potential. My programmes are always tailored to my client’s individual needs, to help achieve their goals and are delivered in an enjoyable style.
About Me :
You might know me from the Pilates, Trip and Bodypump classes I teach here at AP, I am also now taking on PT clients in the gym. Sometimes all the choice can make the gym feel so overwhelming it can be hard to know what to do! I can help you build a simple, effective routine that will help you achieve your goals. I have 20 years’ experience working as a PT and helped people run marathons, complete triathlons, lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injuries and improve their health. Whatever your goal I can tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle and will get results. My goal is to help you enjoy coming to the gym-no one leaves thinking I wish I hadn’t trained today! I have always enjoyed being active and spent 15 years as a Thai Boxer before switching to Triathlon. I have represented Great Britain as an age group triathlete at European and World Championship level.
I got into running a few years ago and it has opened a world of possibilities in my own health journey.
Since becoming a pt I have used that experience to help other people on their own fitness journey. Whether that be confidence to lift heavy, to train for a marathon or to lose weight.
I will push my clients to achieve beyond their goal using a mixture of fitness techniques and styles.

There are loads of benefits of training with a PT. These include;
Teaching you form and technique: Whether you’re new to a gym setting, new to lifting weights or even consider yourself a seasoned pro, getting your technique right is vital. A personal trainer will talk you through how to perform exercises correctly and safely.
Guidance and support: When training alone, it’s tricky to know if you’re getting your form, posture, range of movement or technique right. Your personal trainer will guide you objectively to make sure you’re getting each move right.
Heaps of knowledge and experience: Most of us will have watched training tips and techniques on social media and the web, eager to push our fitness further. Your personal trainer will be your fitness encyclopaedia, packed with knowledge and experience. PTs must stay up to date with industry best practice, including training methods and trends, meaning the time you used to spend researching can be refocused on to building and achieving.
Push you and your limits: Personal trainers know what it takes to get you to your goal. So as well as being supportive and passionate, your PT will motivate and challenge you to push yourself to new levels.
Hold you accountable: Committing to a personal trainer demonstrates a true intent to get fitter and healthier but sometimes the hardest battle is getting to the gym in the first place. By backing yourself with a PT you’ll have that supportive voice holding you accountable in achieving your goals.
Designing a bespoke training programme: Your personal goals will be holy grail of any training programme. Your personal trainer will talk to you about where you are now, where you want to be and craft a bespoke programme to make sure you can get there effectively and efficiently. And if your goals change, then your programme can be edited and structured to suit your new objectives.
