Offering gym sessions, small group fitness classes, personal training and a range of One You Cheshire East programmes, it’s your new town centre destination for personalised wellness services!
We continue to fund inclusive disability sessions and health programmes to help people in Cheshire East lead a more active and healthy life.
Small grants are available for young people in order to keep playing the sport they love, helping to pay for club subscriptions, cover travel costs, essential kit, subs and equipment needed to continue participating.
