Everybody @ Home is our virtual health and fitness services which is packed with live classes and on-demand workouts, health classes and fitness challenges. All available to stream anytime, anywhere!
We have been listening to our members and are delighted to be delivering more health content and improve the product and service.
Our new on-demand health classes are for members 18+ and include a range of low impact exercises, targeting specific needs:

🔦 Back pain class
🔦 Knee and hip pain class

How to Register:
Registering for Everybody@Home is so simple, all you need is your name, membership number and your email address. Our team is available to support you during the sign up process either on our Facebook group “Everybody Member Zone” or you can contact us at, [email protected]
Join us in our centres:
You can join us within our centres to access classes to improve your balance, Be Steady, Be Safe is gentle exercise class suitable for people with poor strength, mobility and balance, wanting to reduce falls, increase social interaction and improve overall wellbeing. Find out more here .
Or if you have knee, hip or lower back pain our Move to Improve class can help you. It’s been designed to reduce pain and improve mobility for people with chronic joint pain or Osteoarthritis. Find out more here.

Everybody @ Home is included as part of our membership packages, if you would like to join, we have a range of membership options available.
We have a dedicated Exercise Referral programme which provides a range of physical activity schemes for people who are recovering from illness or have been diagnosed with various long term health conditions including Chronic Lower Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, Poor Balance or Mobility and more.
You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely you should seek advice from a medical professional. You should contact the health team if there is any exercise you are unsure how to use and you should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable for you.
