Balance and Mobility Classes

Be Steady Be Safe is a weekly exercise class, suitable for people with poor mobility and balance. The classes include:

  • Prescribed home exercises
  • Education of reducing falls risk factors
  • The classes consist of a set of leg muscle strengthening and balance retraining exercises, progressing in difficulty
  • You will also receive a booklet with instructions for each exercise prescribed and issued ankle cuff weights in the class to provide resistance for the strengthening exercises

Classes are held across Cheshire East, at various venues, days and times, delivered by our Otago Leaders, £3.60 per class or you can join our new 12 week exercise programme for £27 for 3 months.
